Privacy notice
How we handle your information.
Plain language, no legal fog. This notice covers what this website collects, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What this website collects
This site has no accounts, no sign-ups and no payments. You can read everything on it without giving us any personal information.
We use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, where people tap, what kind of device they use. Clarity may record anonymised session replays; the text you type into the contact form is masked in those recordings and is not stored by us. Clarity uses cookies to tell returning visitors apart. You can read how Microsoft handles this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
When you contact us
The quick-request form on our contact page sends your enquiry (name, phone number, area, service and details) to us so we can reply. Submissions are received by Netlify, the company that hosts this website (Netlify privacy policy), which stores them and forwards them to us. A copy may also be relayed to our phone through CallMeBot, a message relay service, so we see it faster. We use your enquiry only to respond and quote — never for marketing lists. When we then reply to you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp, that conversation is covered by your chosen channel's own policy (for WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy).
When you call, message or email us, we keep your name, contact details and job details only for as long as we need them to respond, quote and carry out the work. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we never share details of your security installations.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email — the details are on our contact page — and we will respond.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it. Last updated: July 2026.
